AfriSam has an excellent proven track record in both construction and the delivery of positive social change through the development of South Africa’s scarce and critical skills, a positive contribution to the industry, and the uplifting of the nation.
The purpose of the AfriSam Learnership Programme is to assist a learner in progressing equally in both theory and practice. The Programme is structured to provide a learner the opportunity to become a qualified artisan, and to gain practice in a real industry work environment. This is the perfect programme for someone who wants to gain more than just book knowledge, and is willing to commit to a learning journey.
The AfriSam Learnership’s Benefits
The 18.1 Artisan Development Learnership is a combination of the 18.1 Artisan Development Learnership and the Artisan Integrated Competency Programme, which is an artisan development programme. The Programme is designed to provide two of the primary elements of an artisan development programme.
