Purpose of the Learnership
To equip young individuals with industry-relevant skills and practical experience, enabling them to become competent, job-ready professionals while supporting the company’s long-term talent development strategy.
This Learnership is a structured programme, combining theoretical and practical workplace learning culminating in a national certificate registered on the National Qualifications Framework.

Candidates that meet the requirements will undergo Maths and English assessments to enter the programme and drug test must be passed
- Copy of Matric Certificate with English (50%) and either Mathematics (45%) or Maths Lit (50%)

- At least 1.6m in height
