### Overview of the Internship Programme
The **NCV Services Studies Graduates Internship Programme** is tailored to graduates who have received **NCV Primary Agriculture certifications at NQF Levels 2 to 4**. During this programme, interns will be assigned to different commercial farming companies within the **Gert Sibande District** to gain hands-on experience in farming activities, farm management assistance, and other related services.
Interns in this programme will be able to devote their full attention to the development of their skills, since the programme is entirely sponsored and there are no costs to the participants. ### Who Is Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for this internship program, applicants must meet all requirements below:
* Candidates must have completed the **NCV Primary Agriculture (NQF Levels 2–4)**
* Candidates must be aged between **18 and 35 years**
* Candidates must be **currently unemployed**
* Candidates must not be studying, or planning to study, or be involved in any other training, learnership, or placement
* Candidates must have **no criminal record**
* Candidates must be **proficient in English**
* Candidates must be available to work in a **climate-changing and outdoor environment**
* Candidates must be a **graduate of Gert Sibande TVET College** (only applicable for college graduates)
The program focuses on participants who are able to enter the labor market immediately and gain the maximum benefit from the internship.
